Fun. - Some Nights
I’m listening to Fun’s new album ‘cause i really enjoyed their first album. It had a few songs that really wowed me and they actually stay true to their name. They’re a lot of fun and Nate Ruess’s voice is phenomenal (even live!) so i have a lots of expectations for this sophomore album. So far it doesn’t disappoint.

Lyric Comparisons
What annoys me are the posts that compare the awesome lyrics of the past with the awful lyrics of the present. But they’re not even a comparison ‘cause those posts always compare two completely different genres. You can’t compare the awesomeness of Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, or Queen with modern rappers such as Lil Wayne, Drake, or Nicki Minaj.

The first British show i got into was Skins, and then it was Misfits and The IT Crowd. Skins and Misfits showed me the awesome dark humor that British television has to offer so now i’m also checking out Psychoville.

My boyfriend and i are playing Words with Friends and Hanging with Friends against each other. I’d play Scramble with Friends (my favorite) but my ancient iTouch isn’t compatible with it.
It’s really fun. I’m learning just how vast my boyfriend’s vocabulary can be. He just used “use”.
Needless to say, I’m winning.
