I had three cases today, all involving breast implants, that got longer each time. I don’t even remember the first one ‘cause it wasn’t that long, but the other two involved removing silicone breasts and replacing them with other silicone breasts. It sounds simple, and it kind of is, but it took forever.

First of all, these women aren’t getting boob jobs ‘cause they have low self-esteem or anything. They had breast cancer which meant their whole breast had to be removed (mastectomy) and i don’t know if you’ve ever seen a breastless breast, but it’s not an enjoyable sight. It’s a very difficult thing to deal with. So they get silicone breast implants. 

They all ended up coming out pretty nice. The last woman got a very nice, big C cup which took 4 hours to do. I don’t wanna see another breast for a long time, but sadly, i’m gonna be in a lot more breast cases tomorrow.
